hour • Cost - £295.00 per year Additional telephone and remote support - £40.00 per
hour Silver Support Package • Fixed price monthly support package • 4 hours telephone and remote
support per month • 4 hours on-site support per month. • Fixed cost - £275 per month Additional telephone and remote support - £40.00 per
hour Additional onsite support visits scheduled
in advance - £60.00 per hour Gold Support Package • Scheduled weekly on-site visits (half day) • Covers all telephone and remote support • Cost - POA per month Additional on-site support visits scheduled in advance - £60.00
